Josia Waderich MPP, Member
Josiah is a founding member of TerraLuna and graduate of the Humphrey School of Public Affairs where he received a Master of Public Policy degree. As a student he was able to knit together his passions for community economic development, program evaluation and the arts. This great feat was accomplished by performing an economic impact study of a local arts festival and research into economic development strategies for the Wilder Foundation and Greater MSP. Other evaluation experience includes work for the Metropolitan Council, American Evaluation Association and CURE, a Minnesota-based environment/arts/economic development non-profit. Through evaluation, Josiah has found an outlet for his insatiable curiosity by helping real people answer real questions as they make a difference in the world.
Josiah studied music at Bethel University where he spent his time playing classical guitar (which he still manages to bust out the jams on every so often.) After completing his undergraduate degree, he spent two years as an Americorps VISTA working with youth and community development programs. In his spare time he enjoys being with his wife and dog, and learning about the geeky world of advanced baseball statistics.
